in 10/28-10/29/2019. Access via PR-191 from Naguabo - the other
side of El Yunque, via PR-52 Expressway.
Hurricane Maria Damages:
Many Images show fallen, broken or bent trees or Sierra Palms.
Often we see them in the river, uprooted. This is from Hurricane Maria in
9/20/2017 with 140 mph winds for 12 hours. There was also a nearby
hurricane Dorian that did cause some small damage a few weeks before.
